P3O® is a set of principles, processes, roles and techniques aligned with PRINCE2®, MSP® and MoR® that facilitate Portfolio,Program and Project Management.
AXElOS’s P3O™ (Portfolio Programme and Project Offices) methodology enables the efficient implementation (or optimization) of a PMO to facilitate project portfolio management.
